Washrooms thatnever run out.Bins always emptied.
Facility type, how many washrooms, your email. We come back with a service frequency and a price within one business day.
Five services.One supplier.
From first callto a standing route.
Four steps. Most sites go from first contact to first fill inside three weeks.
Most sites go from first contact to first fill inside three weeks. The site walk comes first and is free: we count toilet stalls rather than rooms, note mounting surfaces, check what hardware is already on the wall, and flag the access constraints that decide scheduling, dock windows downtown, escorted entry in government buildings, between-shift service at plants. The placement plan and a firm quote follow within two business days, priced per washroom rather than per square foot, and the service schedule starts the same week the units go in.
Facilities we serve
Washroom programs are shaped by the building they serve, so the same hardware runs on different schedules across these eight facility types. An office holds steady weekday traffic and usually settles on a four-week disposal cycle; a gym concentrates load into three daily windows and triples it every January; a school empties for the summer and surges each September; a hospital runs on infection-prevention rules that require no-touch units and full-unit exchange rather than emptying in place. Frequency, placement and documentation change per type. The products do not.
All industries →Serviced in 25 metros, shipped everywhere else.
Route service covers the major centres. Remote sites run on scheduled supply shipments with bin exchange.
Route service runs in 25 Canadian metros, which is what makes scheduled visits economic: a site that sits between existing stops carries a fraction of the travel cost of a standalone trip, and that difference shows up directly in the quoted rate. Outside those metros we ship on a scheduled supply program instead, coordinated with your existing freight so restocking still lands on a predictable date. Multi-province portfolios run under one contract with per-site service logs and consolidated invoicing, and any site touching Québec or federal jurisdiction gets bilingual documentation as standard rather than as an add-on.

Since December 2023, federally regulated employers must provide menstrual products free of charge in every washroom, along with a covered disposal receptacle. Provincially regulated workplaces follow their own province's rules, which vary. Our compliance pages break each one down.
Most washrooms run on a four-week cycle. High-traffic sites move to two weeks; low-occupancy sites go to eight or thirteen. We set frequency per washroom after the site walk, then adjust once real usage data comes in.
Both. We supply and install units, or we simply keep the units already on your walls stocked. If you are converting coin units to free-vend for a compliance program, we handle the changeover as part of the rollout.
Yes. One agreement, consolidated invoicing, and service records broken out per site, from two buildings to a national portfolio. Multi-province accounts get bilingual documentation as standard.
On washroom count, service frequency, number of bins and dispensers, product mix and location. We quote per site and hold the rate for the term. No per-visit surprises.
